We're building a healthcare fintech application that helps consumers save money and navigate complex financial processes. We've identified a massive market inefficiency that costs Americans billions annually, and we're creating a mobile-first solution to fix it.

We're a 3-person founding team (CEO + CMO + you) looking to launch our MVP in 6-8 weeks and get in front of real customers. We'll share full details once we connect.

• Mobile app (iOS + Android) + web app for patients to upload medical bills
• Secure file storage (HIPAA-compliant)
• Stripe integration for recurring subscriptions
• Email/SMS notifications (uploaded, analysis ready, etc.)
• Admin portal for us to manually review and upload reports
• Report viewing in-app for customers
  

Mobile Development:

• Proven experience building and shipping iOS + Android apps from a single codebase (React Native, Flutter, or similar)
• At least 2 production apps deployed to App Store and Google Play Store
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and responsive design

Backend & Database:

• Experience with Backend-as-a-Service platforms (Supabase, Firebase, or equivalent)
• Comfortable working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and designing data schemas
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and server-side logic

Security & Compliance:

• Experience implementing secure file upload/storage with encryption
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices
• Familiarity with security requirements for sensitive data (healthcare/fintech preferred)

Third-Party Integrations:

• Hands-on experience integrating payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, or similar)
• Experience with communication APIs (Twilio, SendGrid, or equivalent)
• Ability to read API documentation and implement integrations independently

Deployment & DevOps:

• Experience deploying apps through TestFlight (iOS) and Google Play Console (Android)
• Comfortable with app store submission processes and guidelines
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and version control (Git)

User-Centric Development:

• Experience onboarding beta users and gathering actionable feedback
• Track record of iterating on products based on real user behavior
• Ability to balance technical debt with shipping features quickly

Problem-Solving & Independence:

• Proven ability to debug issues, research solutions, and unblock yourself
• Comfortable making technical decisions with minimal oversight
• Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Admin/Internal Tools:

• Experience building internal dashboards or admin portals (Retool, custom builds, etc.)
• Understanding of internal tooling needs for operations teams
