Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Real time testing experience / projects delivered in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-premise) application.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, data migration and localization testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms and integrated systems.
- Conduct API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
- Design, create, and execute manual test cases covering positive and negative scenarios.
- Develop and maintain test plans aligned with project requirements and goals.
- Collaborate with all project stakeholders & Agile teams including developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
- Track, log, and manage defects using JIRA tool.
- Uphold QA best practices and ensure compliance with process standards.
- Share detailed test design, test execution including defect reports and dashboards with stakeholders.
Required Skills :
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premise preferred).
- Proficiency in Manual Testing techniques and methodologies.
- Experience in testing banking applications, standards, or related tools.
- Hands-on experience with CRM modules such as: Sales and Marketing , Customer 360,ClickDimensions and Customer Service
- Intermediate knowledge of Database/ SQL
