Job Summary

The Energy and HVAC Integration Specialist is required to lead the implementation and integration of smart energy management solutions across building and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on delivering the associated devices/sensors, analyzing energy data, and integrating smart controllers to drive ECM.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the deployment of energy and utility monitoring (HVAC, lighting, environmental sensors).
  • Lead energy efficiency audits and propose improvement measures using real-time best practice analytics.
  • Analyzing historical energy consumption data and utility bills for (electricity, water, fuel), etc., to identify trends
  • Site inspection and understanding of operational procedures to identify inefficiencies.
  • Oversee project delivery, commissioning, and troubleshooting of the enabled systems.
  • Coordinate between hardware, software, and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Enhance multiple HVAC parameters to test the analytics to drive higher energy efficiency in HVAC systems..
  • Train field engineers on system setup, debugging, and performance verification.
  • Manage and deliver installation quality control.
  • Validate ROI and energy savings through measurement and verification (M&V) protocols such as IPMVP.
  • Develop and maintain the associated Energy & HVAC Design/Plan/Commissioning/Testing/Spare Parts Management/Implementation and Integration SOPs.
  • Prepare and evaluate Energy/HVAC/Facility Management tenders.


Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong background in energy systems, management, and building automation (BMS/HVAC).
  • Hands-on experience with device/sensor, actuators, relays, DI/DO, AI/AO configuration, VFD programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of energy-saving technologies (VFDs, chillers, lighting retrofits, smart controls).
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage multiple sites.
  • Procurement and Contract knowledge.
  • Extensive knowledge of Energy & HVAC spare parts & materials management.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/High Diploma degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Energy & HAVC Efficiency projects.
  • Experience with ESCO models, smart building systems, and IoT integration platforms.
  • Certifications in Energy and Facility Management.
