Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Developer with 7+ years of experience designing and developing intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces. This hybrid role requires a strong grasp of UI development technologies along with a solid understanding of UX principles to translate user needs and business goals into engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive and interactive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional front-end code.

Ensure design consistency across platforms while maintaining usability and performance.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.

Create high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, wireframes, and interactive UI flows.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.

Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot UI/UX issues and implement enhancements based on feedback.

Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and front-end technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as:

React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

Proficiency In UX Tools Such As

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision

Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS/SCSS, and component-based frameworks.

Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.

Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services.

Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git.

Familiarity with performance optimization, SEO basics, and UI testing.
