Role Description
You’ll work closely with our founder and design team to build, prototype, and refine digital products across Reinhart’s ecosystem from experimental AI interfaces to public-facing web platforms.
-Design and build responsive web apps (React / Next.js / Tailwind)
-Integrate AI and automation tools (OpenAI API, LangChain, Make, Zapier)
-Help shape and maintain our Figma / Framer design system
-Build data-driven frontends with Firebase or Supabase
-Prototype fast using no-code tools like Webflow, Softr, or Retool
-Work in a GitHub-first workflow, comfortable with branches, pull requests, and collaboration
-Apply “vibe coding” — using AI-assisted tools (v0, Copilot, Cursor, Replit) to move fast while keeping design quality high
-Collaborate with designers on UX, branding, and visual storytelling
You'll Trive if you have:
-Full-stack experience (React / Next.js / Node.js / SQL or NoSQL)
-GitHub proficiency — clean commits, readable repos, and teamwork habits
-Vibe coding ability — confident using AI-assisted dev tools to prototype and iterate quickly
-Design confidence in Figma, Canva, or Framer
-Strong understanding of UX, accessibility, and responsive design
-A no-code mindset — fluent in Airtable, Make, or Notion integrations
-A self-directed and proactive way of working, highly detail-driven and conscientious
