Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional sales development projects and programs.
  • Partner with others to analyze business trends.
  • Recommend best practices for sales development.
  • Contribute to business or process improvements.
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve sales objectives.


Expected Qualifications:

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Substantial and proven experience in selling technology-based solutions, ideally within payments, financial services, or digital commerce industries.
  • Demonstrated success in complex B2B/B2C environments, generating pipeline and exceeding sales or partnership quotas.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, payment platforms, and commercial partnerships.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com for opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and work independently to deliver measurable results.
  • Customer-centric approach with focus on delivering value to enterprise clients and technology partners.

During your internship, you would join a scrum team and work with other senior and experienced team members to contribute to the design, implementation and testing of critical services of large-scale systems.   • Graduate in Dec 2026 or 2027, pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related area
  • Available for a 6 months full-time internship, starting in 18 May 2026
  • Experience in team-based software development, be it school-driven or self-initiated
  • Strong programming skills in Java / Spring / Hibernate
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN)
  • Understanding of REST API’s, Web Services, Unit Testing and build tools
  • Good understanding of databases such as MySQL/ Oracle etc.
  • Good object-oriented design and analysis skills
  • Having data engineer skills/understanding will be advantageous (Big query, big table, ETL processing, Google cloud, Apache spark, data proc, scala)
  • Experience in open-source contributions or applied AI/ML projects is a bonus
  • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
