About the Role

As the Senior AI Business Analyst, you will lead AI-driven transformation across our client's wealth and investment platforms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and solution design for AI and tech initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate on AI strategy, evaluating solutions and supporting implementation across platforms.
  • Analyse and optimise business processes using AI and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Perform data analysis to support decisions and ensure data quality and governance.
  • Coordinate testing activities, including UAT, and support change management.

About You

  • Significant experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services industries
  • Previous experience delivering AI and/or GenAI solutions commercially
  • Proven delivery of complex tech and AI projects in regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of wealth platforms, banking systems, and investment tech.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies,and Snowflake.
  • Skilled in Agile practices, stakeholder management, and process modelling.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and BA platforms (Jira, Confluence).
  • Deep knowledge of financial services regulations and AI governance standards.
