M&A Senior Associate / VP – Renewable Energy

Our client, a leading European renewable energy developer and investor, is seeking a Senior Associate or VP to join their M&A team in Vienna. The role offers a key position in executing and expanding their solar, wind, and storage portfolio across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute renewable M&A transactions (solar, wind, storage).
• Manage due diligence, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors through closing.
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities across target markets.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years’ experience in renewable M&A (principal-side preferred).
• Transactional experience is essential; consulting/strategy backgrounds considered.
• CEE background advantageous; German language a strong plus.
• Strong modeling and execution skills, and passion for clean energy.
