Senior UI/UX Designer

About The Role

We are looking for highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designers to lead and deliver exceptional design solutions for large-scale projects. You will work closely with our customers, product teams, engineers, and fellow designers to craft engaging, user-centered experiences that align with business goals. This role is ideal for a designer who combines deep expertise in UX research, UX and with strong UI design skills to drive innovation, inclusivity, and exceptional usability.

We are seeking a senior UI/UX Designer for one position, while the other is a UX Designer role that requires strong research skills.

What you will do

Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process, from discovery and concept development to delivery and iteration, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards
Lead user-centered design (UCD) initiatives to ensure design decisions are driven by deep insights into user needs, behaviours, and motivations
Conduct, synthesise, and act on UX research, using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design strategy and decision-making
Design and oversee the creation of complex design systems, advanced user flows, and scalable interactive components, ensuring brand consistency and strong user experiences
Develop and validate ideas through wireframes, prototypes, and user testing, refining designs based on feedback and insights
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to align design outputs with strategic goals
Champion accessibility and inclusivity in every aspect of design, exceeding compliance standards and delivering experiences that resonate with all users
Present design concepts and research findings to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Skills and qualities we appreciate

Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and the development of scalable design systems
Robust experience conducting and applying UX research, with a proven ability to synthesise findings into actionable design improvements
Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and familiarity with agile methodologies
A strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and a commitment to inclusive design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across disciplines and advocate for user needs
Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex design challenges and drive innovative solutions
A portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design work, highlighting the integration of research insights into the design process
Strategic leadership: Ability to define and deliver design strategies that align with business objectives and create measurable impact
Advanced research expertise: Skilled in selecting and applying appropriate UX research methods, running workshops, and synthesising findings
Innovation-driven: Demonstrated ability to push the boundaries of design, introducing new methodologies and tools to enhance outcomes
Cross-functional collaboration: Proven experience partnering with product managers, developers, and other teams to deliver cohesive solutions
Mentorship: Commitment to guiding and supporting other designers, contributing to a culture of design excellence and continuous growth
