Are you a hands-on creative who can design beautiful interfaces, craft high-performing ad creatives, and produce scroll-stopping videos? Join Shyfter, an innovative HR-Tech startup on a mission to end scheduling and time-tracking chaos for thousands of teams. In this medior role (3+ years), you’ll own our product UX/UI, drive our advertising visuals across Meta/Google/TikTok/Instagram, produce motion-led videos, and elevate our brand end-to-end.


We’re looking for a maker: someone who prototypes fast, ships daily, and loves getting their hands dirty. If you enjoy switching between Figma files, After Effects timelines, and a camera bag, this is for you.


Tasks

  • Design product interfaces (UX/UI): Map user flows, wireframe, and ship polished UI in Figma. Build and maintain a lean design system and component library for our web app.

  • Create high-performing ad creatives: Concept, design, and version static & motion ads for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn (multiple formats/aspect ratios). Iterate based on CTR, CVR, hook rate, and watch time.

  • Produce videos end-to-end: Plan shoots, storyboard, film, light, capture sound, and edit. Add motion graphics and product animations to explain features and tell customer stories.

  • Evolve our brand: Own Shyfter’s visual identity (typography, color, illustration/iconography, tone). Keep guidelines tight and scalable across product, web, sales, and employer branding.

  • Ship for growth: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to launch landing pages, emails, case studies, one-pagers, and in-product visuals that convert.

  • Test & learn: Propose A/B tests, track performance with the team, and double down on what works.

  • Keep us consistent: Ensure every touchpoint : from app UI to a TikTok ad, feels unmistakably Shyfter.


Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Product Designer / Visual Designer / Motion Designer in SaaS, product, or agency environments.

  • A portfolio showcasing shipped product UI, ad creatives, and video/motion work (please include link).

  • Mastery of Figma for UX/UI and component systems.

  • Fluency with Adobe CC (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalents (DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.).

  • Real-world motion design chops (product explainers, feature animations, lower thirds, transitions).

  • Strong branding sense (layout, typography, composition, and storytelling).

  • Performance mindset: you understand creative metrics and iterate quickly.

  • Languages: French or Dutch, plus strong English (daily work happens in FR/NL/EN).

  • A maker’s attitude: autonomous, resourceful, and comfortable in a (super) fast-moving startup.
