You will come in to a highly motivated team of 4 data specialists who thrive on agile work methods.

Your core task is to redefine the ODL layer.

Acting as a technical leader and guide an internal team of four and a few external consultants

Ensuring that ODL supports artificial intelligence solutions, automation, and secure data sharing within the business and with partners

You will work closely with data engineers, architects, AI teams, software development teams, and business to ensure that the platform serves both today's and future needs.

How will you achieve this?

• Strong experience in data platform development and modern architecture (Postgres, Databricks, Python, SQL, event streaming, interfaces).
• Ability to act as a technical leader and take responsibility for achieving shared goals.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to coordinate team work and guide other people.
• Previous experience leading data specialists
• Interest in energy systems and sustainable development solutions.
• Fluency in Finnish for written and verbal communication
