• Lead the execution of complex M&A transactions, capital markets deals, and strategic advisory mandates across sectors.
• Manage client relationships and originate new business opportunities in the DACH region.
• Supervise and mentor junior bankers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
• Collaborate with global sector and product teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong track record in M&A and/or capital markets.
• Deep understanding of the DACH market and fluency in German and English.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage deal teams and client relationships.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
