Our client is a fast-growing FinTech startup based in Germany, building a new European standard for digital payment management in the automotive sector. Their platform automates and streamlines the entire receivables process, from invoicing and collections to financial data integration, while offering state-of-the-art multichannel payment solutions tailored for large transactions.

Cologne, Germany (Hybrid / Remote options available)

Tech Stack:

Kubernetes, Argo CD, GitLab CI/CD, Node.js, Linux, GCP (Google Cloud Platform), event sourcing, observability and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)

Your Role:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the company’s platform. Working within a highly skilled team, you will lead the operation and continuous expansion of the Kubernetes-based environment, drive improvements in monitoring and observability, and help build a reliable foundation for rapid product development and high availability.

Required Technical Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a DevOps, Platform, or SRE Engineer
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and Argo CD
• Experience in observability, monitoring, and log management
• Solid understanding of web security and platform reliability
• Experience with CI/CD (GitLab preferred)
• Familiarity with Node.js, Linux, event sourcing, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
