(Founding Team) Full Stack Senior Engineer – FinTech
We’re supporting a stealth-mode FinTech startup moving from prototype to early customer rollout. The founder has a strong track record of building and scaling successful businesses and is now assembling the founding engineering team.
We’re looking for a Full Stack Senior Engineer to take ownership of shipping product, refactoring where needed, and laying the foundation for scale. You’ll have freedom to influence architecture and tech direction from the outset. This is an excellent opportunity if you are interested in growing into technical leadership as the company scales.
Tech environment: TypeScript across the stack (Node.js, React), PostgreSQL, Stripe integration, REST APIs, and cloud deployment. Flexible for the right person.
Ideal profile:
- Strong full-stack experience (TypeScript, Node, React)
- Experience in early-stage or startup environments
- FinTech / Payments / Compliance Industry experience
- Pragmatic, ownership-driven, product-focused mindset
Location: Fully remote (Ireland)
