- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insights into Lean program performance and business operations
- Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholder
- Document processes, findings, and recommendations clearly and effectively for both technical and non-technical audiences
About you
About
We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Business Data Analyst has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, as well as:
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with background in data analytics and AI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entry level knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling
- Experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
- Fluent level of English
