As our Global Market Intelligence Specialist, you will be part of the Group Marketing team at central level providing insights on the overall market landscape, quantitative modelling future trends based on macroeconomic factors and industry specific phenomena.
You will report to the Market Intelligence Manager, and you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Forecast how industry and macroeconomic drivers influence key markets and products on a 3–5-year horizon;
- Periodically analyze and consolidate reports of Ariston Group market share on key markets and products, leveraging both certified external data and own estimates;
- Recover and consolidate all certified and official external data coming from national or regional manufacturer associations;
- Build analytical back-ups where certified external data are not available, being able to compromise between level of detail and clear indication of trends (80:20 approach);
- Research external sources that can support better insights (competitors’ declarations, import/export, …) and proactively contribute to further develop the Group’s intelligence practices, tools and framework;
- Build trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., Country Managers, Marketing Managers, Product Managers, etc.), based on reciprocal sharing of information and collaboration;
- Timely deliver top management reporting, with a focus on highlighting clear messages;
- The role enjoys a strong visibility across Group businesses: regular collaboration with all global markets and top managers, all product lines of the technical BUs; and on project based with operations, regulation, etc.
Your Profile:
- University Degree in Engineering;
- Previous professional experience in analytical activities and drawing insights from data, establish constructive collaboration relations with many internal functions;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required;
- Experience with data analytics suite and data visualization (e.g., PowerBi) platforms is a plus;
- Fluent Italian and English;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Positive and pragmatic approach, bias to find solutions complete your profile.
