Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Senior Project & Change Officer (m/f/d). What if it was you?
Your mission: As part of the Core Project Unit (CPU), you will contribute to internal transformation initiatives that drive PwC Luxembourg’s strategy.
Our team is growing, and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
As a Project & Change Management team member, you will work side by side with the Business, driving our teams forward and ensuring successful delivery and adoption of the firm’s transformation initiatives.
Be a part of our team where you will:
- Understand business needs and identify solutions:
- Conduct business analysis and needs assessments to understand pain points and opportunities;
- Gather and document requirements in collaboration with stakeholders;
- Map and assess current (“as-is”) processes and support the design of improved (“to-be”) processes;
- Facilitate workshops to identify root causes, align on priorities, and co-create practical solutions;
- Contribute to defining solution options and support informed decision-making.
- Partner with Project Managers to structure, plan, and monitor key internal initiatives;
- Ensure project objectives, milestones, and interdependencies are clearly defined and communicated;
- Support the coordination of stakeholders, actions, and reporting to maintain alignment and progress;
- Help ensure project outcomes meet business expectations and deliver tangible value.
- Assess change readiness and impact on people and processes;
- Consult and coach project teams and senior leaders to foster engagement and ownership;
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption and minimize resistance;
- Support communication, training, and feedback activities to ensure user adoption and long-term sustainability.

- Have a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
- Are curious, proactive, and adaptable in fast-changing environments;
- Are skilled at building trusted relationships and collaborating across diverse teams;
- Are passionate about improving how teams work and helping people navigate change;
- Are experienced in business analysis, project coordination, and/or change management;
- Have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role and hold a University degree or equivalent;
- Are fluent in English (French or German is considered an asset);
- Have strong IT literacy, including MS Office, data tools (e.g. Power BI, Alteryx), and AI-assisted tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot).
