Are you a master of project management with a passion for renovation? Do you have a knack for keeping projects on track and within budget, all while delivering top-notch quality? Well, we have just the role for you!

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager who will oversee all our renovation projects in Luxembourg. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to:

What you’ll be doing:

• Project Maestro: Manage every aspect of our renovation projects, from pricing to delivery, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Timely Deliveries: Deliver each house on time, because we know that time is of the essence!
• Budget Guardian: Monitor and respect the budget, ranging from €400K to €3M per project, while finding creative solutions to meet our financial goals.
• Quality Control Champion: Maintain high standards throughout execution, ensuring that each product exceeds Cohabs' expectations.
• Team Coordinator: Work closely with different teams and external actors, creating synergy and collaboration that drives project success.
• Negotiation Ninja: Negotiate the best prices and conditions with general contractors and suppliers, challenging offers to get the best deals.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience Matters: You bring 5-10 years of experience in Project Management, particularly in Real Estate projects.
• Technical Background: You have a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• People Management Pro: You excel in managing teams and building strong relationships.
• Design & Sustainability Advocate: You have a keen sense for design and a commitment to sustainability.
• Language Skills: You’re fluent in both French and English.
• Solution-Oriented Leader: You’re always looking for new ideas and ways to challenge our products for the better.
