We are seeking a strategic enabler to join at a formative moment in the journey of Paresa Collection — a curated platform of immersive leadership residencies, shaped for board members, family principals, and senior leaders who value clarity, legacy, and private perspective.

Paresa Collection operates as a global platform shaped between Europe and Asia. Our residencies bring together leadership, culture, and place with quiet precision and purpose.



We welcome candidates with backgrounds in luxury experiential or brand partnerships or in leadership learning and executive education who understand how insight and experience combine to create lasting resonance.

This role is about shaping resonance, not just operations. From advancing our retreat programming to developing partnerships, this position requires both editorial maturity and business rigour. You'll work directly with the Co-Founder of Selion Global and Paresa Collection to build something lasting — a residency platform with global relevance and deep cultural intelligence.

We are looking for someone who combines strategic maturity with refined communication, high-touch service sensibility, and cultural fluency — especially across Europe and Asia.

Your Role

• Co-create and deliver small circle, high-level retreat programming across leadership, legacy, longevity, and enterprise themes
• Cultivate partnerships with faculty, destinations, convening circles, and aligned institutions
• Shape and manage brand positioning — ensuring editorial, visual, and experiential cohesion across every touchpoint
• Lead programme development: coordinate planning, timelines, collaborators, and quality of execution
• Act as a founder’s right hand in this phase of growth — a builder, not a support operator

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English — clear, precise, and emotionally intelligent
• A natural sense of service excellence — with an instinct for discretion, anticipation, and thoughtful execution
• Cultural fluency across European and Asian business environments is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently, yet in close creative partnership
• Calm, focused, and accountable — able to move between visionary thinking and meticulous follow-through
• Comfortable in lean environments where clarity and trust matter more than scale

Who This Is For

This role suits someone who brings both credibility and imagination — perhaps with a background in:

• Business schools, advisory firms, or consultancies with leadership programmes or strategic forums
• High-end hospitality, UHNW service, executive learning, or curated offsites (e.g., boardrooms, think tanks, global forums)
• Organisations where content, culture, and convening intersect

Regardless of your path, you’ll need to:

• Be comfortable speaking with C-suite leaders, board directors, and private clients
• Be equally fluent in shaping an agenda, refining guest lists, or ensuring the room feels right
