Senior Digital Designer
Location: Europe (Remote)
Start Date: Within 2025

Workload: 50% – 100% allocation
About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Digital Designer for our partner company and their end client — a creative leader who can translate complex ideas into visually engaging concepts for digital marketing. You’ll work closely with clients, understand their needs, and turn them into high-impact visual campaigns that perform across multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design creative campaigns for digital marketing and advertising.
- Create storyboards, videos, animations, and other multimedia content using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring visual alignment with brand direction.
- Design digital assets for diverse media — including web, email, landing pages, and interactive content.
- Collaborate with marketing and automation teams to produce channel-optimized materials.
- Present concepts and creative ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
Must-Have Technical Skills
- 10+ years of experience in digital design or creative direction.
- Proven expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Understanding of AI design tools and their creative applications.
- Strong skills in video editing, animation, and storyboarding.
- Experience producing marketing materials for paid digital channels.
- Versatile in digital content design — from brochures to video ads.
Must-Have Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent client communication and presentation ability.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Team player with a positive attitude and time management skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, etc.).
- Understanding of creative channel requirements (email, push, in-app).
- Skills in 3D modeling, VR/AR, or copywriting.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design, Figma, or Adobe XD.
