Senior Product Owner – Marketing Technology
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a Marketing Campaign Briefing Platform for a global company in the retail and consumer goods industry.
The role focuses on connecting marketing strategy with technology—enabling local markets to plan, brief, and execute campaigns effectively across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the vision and roadmap for a Marketing Campaign Briefing solution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data & Analytics) to define requirements and align deliverables with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a clear product strategy balancing short-term impact and long-term capability building (audience management, creative workflows, approvals, activations).
- Ensure the platform integrates seamlessly with existing Martech/AdTech ecosystems, including CDPs, campaign tools, and analytics platforms.
- Set measurable objectives (OKRs, KPIs) and track performance to ensure marketing teams are empowered to deliver consistent, high-quality campaigns.
- Communicate vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across global and local teams.
- Continuously benchmark and improve product capabilities against industry standards and user needs.
- Foster a collaborative and data-informed product culture within the team.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within Marketing Technology.
- Proven experience working Agile with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of product discovery techniques (persona development, customer research, qualitative/quantitative testing).
- Experience defining success metrics, KPIs, and OKR frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of Martech and AdTech ecosystems — CDPs (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform / RTCDP), campaign automation, and digital media tools.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into technical deliverables and actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
