Job Title: UX/UI Designer
Location: Malmö/Amsterdam: - Hybrid/Remote
Requirements:
- Motion design mastery: Proven experience crafting production-quality motion for product and brand—2D and 3D—covering interaction, transitions, timing, easing, choreography, and micro-interactions.
- Visual design excellence: Strong systems thinking and typography, layout, color, iconography; ability to define scalable visual and motion guidelines.
- Storytelling: Ability to communicate complex concepts through narrative—storyboards, animatics, motion design, and experience narratives that move stakeholders to alignment.
- Prototyping: Fluency in prototyping motion-rich experiences using industry-standard tools; ability to deliver annotated specs for engineering/production.
- Portfolio: A strong, relevant portfolio demonstrating shipped or production-level motion/visual work across multiple mediums and platforms.
- Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional, agile product teams; ability to translate strategic intent into tangible design outcomes.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in leading motion/3D and design tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender/Cinema 4D, Figma/Principle/Lottie/ProtoPie or equivalent).
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication, presenting rationale and trade-offs to both design peers and business stakeholders.
Nice-to-have (desire):
- Personalization: Experience designing for personalized or adaptive experiences; familiarity with experimentation and performance feedback loops.
- Product design: Hands-on product design background and comfort with UX flows, design systems, and accessibility considerations.
- Brand systems: Experience evolving motion and visual identity systems at scale across channels.
- Retail/eCommerce: Exposure to commerce and omnichannel customer journeys.
- Research and insights: Experience partnering with research to inform motion/visual decisions and measure impact.
Most important:
- Motion design mastery across 2D and 3D with a portfolio of production-quality work that demonstrates strong timing, interaction, and storytelling.
- Visual design excellence: Strong systems thinking and typography, layout, color, iconography; ability to define scalable visual and motion guidelines.
- Compelling storytelling and prototyping skills to communicate a clear vision for personalization and align cross-functional stakeholders quickly.
