Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in defining and driving the design vision across our digital platforms. You'll lead end-to-end design initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and integrate modern AI-powered tools into your workflow — all while ensuring every product delivers an outstanding user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• - Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications  
• - Define and evolve visual language, design systems, and UX standards  
• - Conduct in-depth user research, create personas, and map customer journeys  
• - Translate product requirements into intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces  
• - Build interactive prototypes and present design concepts to stakeholders  
• - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams  
• - Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to refine designs  
• - Explore and implement AI-powered tools to boost design efficiency and creativity  

What We're Looking For

• - 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer (preferably in tech/software)  
• - Strong portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile design projects  
• - Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools  
• - Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility  
• - Experience designing for responsive and adaptive web and mobile platforms  
• - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills  
• - Competency in using AI tools in the UI/UX workflow
• - Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• - Fluent in English (written & spoken)
