We’re looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who takes ownership and gets things done. Main responsibilities would include:

  • Independently handle various processes in the employee life cycle (on-boarding, off-boarding, changes, promotions, parental leaves and other leaves, etc.) ensuring all information and required supporting documentation is on file and is submitted to payroll on a timely manner
  • Responsible for a range of HR activities, from transactional to support of large global HR projects and initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with the local regulations concerning all aspects of employment (vacation, overtime pay, employee benefit eligibility, health & safety due process, payroll processed, etc.)
  • Assist with the localization and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
  • Lead HR Audits and Labor Inspections, as required
  • Assist employees in answering any pertinent questions regarding policies and procedures
  • Research, recommend and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and the services performed.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring procedures are properly followed and paperwork completed and filed, keeping the lines of communication open between managers and their employees.
  • Propose and implement different benefit plans in compliance with local regulations and Company procedures and policies
  • Assist with Training initiatives for employees and managers
  • Supervise and line manager one or more junior HR team members


Required knowledge and skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations or related field
  • Previous relevant HR experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Polish employment law
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Decision making / complex problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Impeccable organization skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
  • Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
