Your responsibilities:

• Be accountable for HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives that drive a high performing team
• Maintaining and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
• Establish a trusted partnership with the business in your region
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Complete tasks and assignments as requested by management, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and broader organizational goals.

Your qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
• Self-motivator and a keen desire to develop self to achieve goals
• Able to work independently, show an entrepreneurial quality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Very good level in Turkish and English.
