The Store Supervisor supports in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards in store presentation and team performance. This role drives membership and session sales, manages floor activity, and plays a key role in mentoring team members and enforcing company procedures.


1. Sales & Financial Performance

  • Actively sell and promote membership (e.g., MultiPass) and convert walk-in or single-session customers into repeat clients.
  • Motivate the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance on upselling and solution-based selling on the floor.
  • Report daily sales activities and highlight opportunities for improvement.


2. Store Operations

  • Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
  • Supervise the proper use and functioning of POS systems, cash handling tools, and store equipment.
  • Conduct routine floor walks to check cleanliness, product presentation, merchandising, and adherence to standards.
  • Ensure smooth store operations during special events, campaigns, and customer engagement programs.


3. Team Supervision & Scheduling

  • Manage the staff duty roster, leave planner, and ensure appropriate staff coverage across all zones.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and adherence to customer engagement protocols.
  • Evaluate team members’ performance and provide real-time coaching when necessary.
  • Assign daily tasks, goals, and zone responsibilities to ensure consistent service delivery.


4. Operational Management & Safety

  • Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks to identify potential hazards and ensure readiness of all zones.
  • Supervise the preparation and set-up of equipment and materials required for all scheduled activities.
  • Ensure activity areas are clean, organized, and meet safety standards before guest use.
  • Enforce safety protocols by providing clear instructions and guidance to guests.
  • Monitor the performance and compliance of team members with SOPs and safety procedures.
  • Promptly report incidents, equipment faults, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
