About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications integrating modern frameworks and secure communication technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across backend and frontend development, cloud infrastructure, and security implementation — ensuring delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Real-Time Communication Development
- Design and integrate Matrix and LiveKit platforms for secure, low-latency messaging, conferencing, and collaboration. (Must Have)
2. Full-Stack Engineering
- Lead end-to-end development using Java/Go/Python on the backend and React/Flutter on the frontend.
- Ensure scalable APIs, modular architecture, and maintainable, testable code.
3. Security & PKI Implementation
- Implement PKI-based authentication, manage certificates, and integrate TLS, JWT, and OAuth2 for enterprise-grade security.
4. Cloud & DevOps Automation
- Manage deployments using Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Administer cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP, focusing on scalability, monitoring, and cost optimization.
5. Architecture & Performance Optimization
- Define secure and modular architecture patterns.
- Lead design reviews, conduct performance benchmarking, and drive continuous optimization initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in full stack development within enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong backend expertise in Java, Go, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Flutter.
- Solid understanding of API design, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven experience integrating Matrix and LiveKit platforms. (Must Have)
- In-depth knowledge of PKI, OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding practices.
- Proficiency in CI/CD automation, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
