TalentLink is partnering with a leading digital and customer-experience consultancy in Dubai to hire a Senior UX Designer. This role is for someone who can take ownership of the full UX cycle: discovery, concept, flows, wireframes, interaction, and collaboration with UI and development. You will work on multiple projects for well-known regional brands (finance, telco, government, retail, hospitality) and will be expected to bring a high level of craft and user-centered thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX for web and mobile products, from user needs and business requirements to final UX handover.
- Analyse inputs from research (interviews, usability tests, analytics) and turn them into user journeys, personas, information architecture and task flows.
- Create low- and mid-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes (Figma) and support UI designers to ensure consistency with the UX intent.
- Facilitate or participate in workshops with stakeholders to clarify goals, prioritise features and validate concepts.
- Work closely with UX Researchers to ensure designs are evidence-based and testable.
- Prepare UX documentation (flows, annotations, edge cases) for handover to developers.
- Present and defend design decisions to clients in a clear, structured way, grounded in user insights.
- Contribute to design systems and help maintain UX standards across projects.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in UX / Product Design in an agency, consulting or digital product environment.
- Strong portfolio showing UX thinking, problem-solving, and real shipped products (not only UI screens).
- Solid experience with Figma (preferred), plus common UX tools (Miro, FigJam, Maze or similar).
- Ability to connect user needs with business goals and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (research, UI, product, dev).
- Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable presenting to clients.
- On-site mindset (this is a collaborative, studio-style environment).
- Bonus: experience in the GCC market
