As a UX / UI Designer, you are at the forefront of the creative process, responsible for delivering a seamless and impactful interface for our digital platforms. Responsibilities
- Design user-centric interfaces that align with core business and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups for both web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to assess and improve designs.
- Collaborate with engineering to implement and refine user-centric designs.
- Stay updated on the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Translate complex technical and business requirements into effective UI solutions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design language across all user interfaces.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements and feedback.
- Participate in iterative design and development cycles for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for usability and accessibility standards.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and other team members.
- Keep abreast of competitor products, industry trends, and market expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user interfaces and strong visual design work.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing methods.
- Ability to effectively communicate design processes and technical concepts.
