About the Role


General Responsibilities: Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.




Job Specific Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the execution of all corrective and preventive maintenance activities on the water network, ensuring the smooth operation of the system.
  • Monitor the performance of the water network, ensuring operational targets are met and service reliability is maintained.
  • Lead root cause analysis and recommend corrective measures to address system faults and failures.
  • Investigate customer complaints related to the water network and implement solutions to reduce recurrence.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure the timely updating of equipment information in the system.
  • Prepare detailed reports on network performance, maintenance activities, and any faults or breakdowns, recommending improvements.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary resources, materials, and manpower to carry out maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize network performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Lead the development and implementation of projects aimed at enhancing network efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team.

  • Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided at the workplace that supports the interest of HSE, security and welfare.


Essential Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant working experience


Desired Requirements


  • Master’s degree Engineering or equivalent
  • 6 years of relevant working experience
