For over 30 years, we’ve been working with non-profits, unions, and progressive leaders to create award-winning integrated campaigns. A full-service agency, our team makes a big impact with our clients, working across Canada in social marketing, advertising, communications and electoral campaigns.

We specialize in powerful, people-first storytelling across all platforms, from social and digital content to print to out-of-home and broadcast.

We’re expanding our roster of freelance designers with a strong eye for detail, bold creative instincts, and a passion for bringing brands to life across platforms.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Designers with experience in:

• Branding & visual identity systems
• Website design (UX/UI layout, visual storytelling)
• Production design (print + digital file prep, resizing, QC)
• Social & digital content (static, animated, paid + organic)

ABOUT YOU

Are you a designer who can build a brand from the ground up? Translate strategy into a stunning web experience? Version designs for multi-media production without breaking a sweat? We’re looking for multidisciplinary creatives who can flex across digital, print, and social—and who understand how to design for both impact and clarity.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and visual execution
• Experience working with creative teams, strategists, and developers
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma is a big plus)
• A strong understanding of designing for various platforms and specs
• A collaborative mindset and ability to integrate creative feedback and direction
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with working with union, non-profit, or government clients
• Agency experience
• Strong illustration skills or the ability to create custom visuals when needed
• Animation, motion graphics, or video editing skills
