Do you enjoy keeping things organized and making sure every detail is handled? Do you thrive in a role where you support a team and help processes run smoothly behind the scenes? As our HR coordinator, you’ll work closely with the HR Manager to handle day-to-day HR processes. You will play a key role in the employee lifecycle -- supporting HRIS updates, preparing employment documentation, tracking leaves, and supporting offboarding processes. You will also assist with HR projects and bring enthusiasm and fresh ideas to improve workflows and enhance employee experience. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure every employee's interaction is seamless, and every HR project is executed with precision.

What You’ll Be Doing:

HR Operations & Data Management – Maintaining employee records in ADP (HRIS) and processing employee transactions including new hires, terminations, and changes. Prepare employment-related documentation, including employment verification, promotions, and title changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager for payroll, benefits, and pension enrollment.

Onboarding & Offboarding – Oversee first-day setup and orientation logistics for new hires, assist in delivering orientation sessions, and set up compliance training for all new employees. Support offboarding processes including exit logistics, exit surveys, and system updates.

Employee Experience & Engagement – Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner. Support the coordination and communication of wellness initiatives, sessions, and training. Support the HR Manager in the delivery of HR projects and processes.

Leave & Compliance Administration – Assist with tracking and coordination for short-term/long-term leaves and parental leaves.

HR Team Collaboration & Support – Perform other related duties and tasks assigned to support the HR team. Assist in coordinating team meetings, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and tracking action items. Provide backup support for HR colleagues during peak periods or absences.
