Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in product requirements analysis and design of core modules for credit process and application products.
2. Responsible for developing core system modules and technical documentation, continuously improving system maintainability, scalability, and performance.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in production, resolve and implement long-term fixes, preventing downtime or regressions.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience as a Java developer.
3. Experience in product requirements review, functional module design, coding and testing to ensure high-quality deployment and timely progress.
4. Strong hands-on experience using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, RabbitMQ, RocketMQ, and MongoDB.
5. Experience in MySQL and Redis database usage and optimization.
6. Proficient in using ZK, Kafka, and Nacos.
7. Familiar with HTTP protocols and able to develop interfaces according to RESTful specifications.
8. Familiar with continuous integration and containerization technologies, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
9. Familiar with LLMs optimization using Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agent, and SFT, and proficient in language model integration frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
10. Familiar with common AI development tools (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and basic inference engines (e.g., vLLM, TensorRT-LLM).
11. Good object-oriented programming analysis and design abilities.
12. Passionate about latest technology, with a continuous learning mindset and good communication skills.

1. 计算机相关专业全日制本科及以上
2. 拥有 3-5 年Java后端工作经验
3. 根据产品需求参与需求评审、功能模块设计、编码实现、自测等, 并确保开发质量量与进度
4. 具备Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, RabbitMQ, RocketMQ, MongoDB 等技术栈项目实践经验
5. 具备MySQL, Redis数据库使用和调优经验
6. 掌握中间件 ZK, Kafka, Nacos 的使用及开发
7. 熟悉 HTTP 等网络应用协议, 能根据 RESTful 规范开发接口
8. 熟悉持续集成/容器服务相关技术, 如Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes等
9. 熟悉基本的大模型应用技术 Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agent, SFT 等工作原理, 熟练使用 LangChain，LlamaIndex 等大模型应用框架
10. 熟悉常用 AI 开发工具, 例如：PyTorch, TensorFlow 等, 基本的推理引擎, 例如：vLLM, TensorRT-LLM 等
11. 具有良好的面向对象程序分析设计能力和经验
12. 有技术热情, 具备持续学习能力以及良好的沟通协调能力

Preferred Experience

1. Familiar with the credit business domain and possesses fundamental industry knowledge.
2. Experience working in the fintech or banking sectors is a plus.
3. Candidates with practical implementation cases of LLMs in the financial sector.
