About the Role

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer (open to full-time roles and interns) to support the design, usability, and quality of our digital health products. This role blends hands-on user interface design, product testing, and creative content creation to help ensure our solutions are intuitive, engaging, and impactful. You’ll work closely with our team to refine user experiences, catch usability issues before release, and produce visually compelling content that supports our mission.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Creating and refining UI screens, layouts, and components based on design guidelines.
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas, user flows, and functionality to the product and development teams.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency, accessibility, and user-centered design.

Product Testing & Usability

• Conduct functional and usability testing across web and mobile platforms, documenting bugs and improvement suggestions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating clean, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Interest in healthcare, neuroscience, or technology is a plus.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently to drive tasks forward, while also thriving in team-based collaboration.
