Data Scientist with Machine Learning

  • DS (Data Practice) will be working within a team of Data Scientists/ Data Engineers/ Privacy Research Engineer focused more generally on Privacy Enhancing Technologies
  • This role require a strong Data Science/ML foundation (model development, experimentation, diagnosing issues)
  • Use Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
  • This involve applied research, curiosity, strong communication skills, and ability to explain DS concepts clearly
  • This is in multi-disciplinary teams, working in fast-moving, collaborative environments
  • Focused on exploratory research & agency pilots, testing PET adoption

Requirements

  • Strong in ML experimentation + applied research
  • Python programming, experiment design & evaluation
  • Ability to synthesise & apply academic research
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and novel problem solving
  • Strong Data science / Machine learning + research/experimentation; fit for those who enjoy exploring PETs, running pilots, and engaging directly with agency users
