We’re representing a fast-scaling consumer technology company (20+ people and growing) that’s ready to take its breakthrough product to market — and needs a public-facing CEO to lead the charge.


This role combines a brand-led, growth-focused leader, coupled with the CEO skills around; Regulatory, financial statements, audits, shareholder communication, exchange correspondence and legal.


On the surface, you'll be the storyteller, shaping how the world see's the brand. Behind the scenes, you'll be a relentless organiser, on top of all the key responsibilities with a CEO's remit.


What you’ll do:

  • Be the face of the brand — representing the company on podcasts, at trade shows, and across the media. Leading go-to-market strategy and building a strong commercial engine.
  • Collaborate closely with the chairman and a talented internal team to scale to $10M+ revenue.
  • Champion a bold, innovative consumer product that bridges tech and lifestyle.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare and review financial reports in line with accounting standards.
  • Audits: Coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring full compliance and resolution of findings.
  • Shareholder Communication: Manage reporting and updates to shareholders on company performance.
  • Exchange Correspondence: Oversee communications and filings with relevant stock exchanges.
  • Legal Coordination: Work with counsel to ensure compliance with all legal and governance obligations.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven CEO or senior leadership experience in scaling high-growth, high-tech or design-led direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
  • Track record of taking a product business from early revenue ($1–5M) through rapid expansion to $10M+ and beyond.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and brand positioning within technology, lifestyle, or creative product markets.
  • Hands-on commercial leader with experience in sales, marketing, and growth strategy for physical or hybrid (physical + digital) products.
  • Charismatic public communicator, confident representing the brand with media, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Operationally disciplined, comfortable overseeing P&L, financial reporting, audits, and board/shareholder communication.
  • Strong grasp of regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to high-tech consumer products, ensuring compliance as the business scales.
  • Innovative and adaptable, able to lead through ambiguity and drive results in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Based in — or able to travel regularly to — Las Vegas for leadership meetings, product launches, and key events.


Compensation:

💰 $350,000 base + $100,000 OTE bonus (with additional upside for achieving $10M+ revenue milestones).
