As part of the Digital Payments Product team, this individual will be responsible for building and executing a robust operational risk management program for our products. This person will partner closely with Product Managers, Product Enablement, Production Support and Control Management governance teams to maintain success across our scaling wallets products globally.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Lead complaint investigation processes to ensure customer concerns are resolved
Refresh Key Risk Indicators and enable automated alerting
Lead issue management and event closure processes
Drive documentation and best practice sharing across the product portfolios.
Drive continual risk awareness and proactively identify opportunities to increase control protects and accelerate our ability to meet our customers needs every day and deliver world class payment experiences
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in digital product management, with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions
- Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach and inspire cross-functional teams
- Strong customer empathy and a passion for building exceptional products and services; skilled at clearly articulating user needs and product functionality
- Experienced in collaborating closely with engineering; able to bridge business goals with technical implementation and speak fluently across disciplines
- Detail-oriented and analytical; adept at framing key questions, interpreting data, and making informed product decisions
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; able to engage, influence, and align stakeholders to drive execution
- Intellectually curious with a systems-thinking mindset; able to connect dots across functions and uncover innovation opportunities within complex environments
- Comfortable with iteration and feedback; embraces a test-and-learn approach and continuously adapts based on user insights, data, and team input
- Bachelor’s degree required
