Role Overview

Estarta Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee and deliver complex, high-visibility programs for Cisco in the Qatar market. The role involves leading medium to large-scale customer deployments, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with Cisco’s global standards and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large or multiple smaller customer programs with defined business objectives and timelines.
• Oversee deployments involving Cisco technologies, multiple third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams across regions or multiple locations.
• Ensure delivery excellence through effective planning, risk management, and execution in time-sensitive environments.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and service-level agreements.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and maintain alignment between business and technical teams.
• Provide leadership and coordination across multiple teams and vendors to achieve project milestones.
• Support sales and service solution engagements as required.
• Maintain strong alignment with Cisco’s delivery methodologies, goals, and vision.

Required Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 10+ years of project or program management experience in IT or telecommunications environments.
• Proven success managing large-scale, multi-vendor technology deployments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience handling major customer accounts and service delivery in high-pressure settings.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within multinational teams.
• Capability to oversee and guide multiple project managers as part of complex program cycles.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, ESI, or equivalent), or currently pursuing certification.
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Prior experience in the Qatari or GCC market preferred.
• Multinational or regional experience working within global organizations is a plus.
• Hands-on project experience with the design and deployment of Cisco technologies.
