What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for unique and multimodal datasets.
• Train and evaluate frontier-scale models, owning the loop from idea to prototype to
• production.
• Collaborate closely with researchers to discover and implement new methods.

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Are a self-starter who thrives on both coding autonomy and collaborative projects.
• Have deep ML expertise (PyTorch/JAX), strong engineering fundamentals, and a track
• record of shipping research to production.
• Value clear principles, low ego, and collaboration over titles or politics.
• Helpful Backgrounds (any of the following)
• Experience at frontier labs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepMind)
• Novel discovery through published work (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR)
• Founded or led an AI/research company
• Standout independent achievement (leading major open-source projects, top-tier roles, etc.)
