We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our core talent operations team.

You’ll be the bridge between top crypto engineers and leading Web3 companies — sourcing, screening, and curating exceptional talent that drives the next wave of blockchain innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Source top engineering talent: Identify and engage developers across Web3 and traditional tech (FAANG, fintech, startups) using LinkedIn, GitHub, Discord, Telegram, and niche job boards.
• Screen & curate: Evaluate technical backgrounds, crypto experience, and career goals to match talent with open roles on our platform.
• Candidate experience: Act as the main point of contact for engineers — managing communication, interview scheduling, and feedback loops.
• Talent insights: Keep an active pulse on market trends, emerging protocols, and the evolving developer landscape.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of technical recruitment or sourcing experience (agency, startup, or in-house).
• A genuine curiosity for Web3, crypto, or open-source ecosystems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, startup environment — wearing multiple hats when needed.
