Key Responsibilities

  • Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications and feature plans
  • Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and efficiency across the team
  • Continuously analyze system performance and refine code/architecture to ensure the software can handle increasing load (scale) and operates efficiently (optimize costs/speed)

Technical Skills

  • Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Writing clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code in one programming language (e.g., Golang).
  • Working effectively with designers, product managers, and other engineering teams
  • A strong commitment to continually learning new languages, frameworks, and industry best practices in a rapidly changing field .

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science with 1-3 years' experience as a software engineer
