Join the Xbox XP Commerce team as a Product Manager 2 and help shape the future of commerce experiences for millions of players worldwide. In this role, you’ll help design and deliver innovative commerce capabilities that enhance player engagement and drive revenue. You’ll take part in developing product strategy and execution, working with engineering, design, business development, and studio partners to launch seamless, scalable, and delightful purchasing experiences. Responsibilities

• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and contribute to product roadmaps. 
• Work with internal partners directly as business requires, including support and requirement research and feature delivery.
• Contribute and execute product strategy for commerce capabilities across Xbox. 
• Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and measurable impact. 
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings across time zones, including late-night India hours when necessary. 
• Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions across competing initiatives. 
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, program management, or related roles in technology or gaming.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience in launching consumer-facing products, preferably in mobile or gaming ecosystems.
• Understanding of commerce systems, monetization strategies, and digital storefronts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving alignment across diverse teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience partnering with game studios or entertainment content teams to deliver integrated product experiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and business outcomes.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Passion for gaming and a deep appreciation for player experience and engagement.
