Position: Senior UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to craft seamless and engaging user experiences for digital products in the finance and investment domain. The ideal candidate will combine design expertise with a strong understanding of user behavior and usability principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights.
• Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system ensuring visual consistency.
• Collaborate with product, development, and business teams for aligned outcomes.
• Optimize information architecture and navigation for complex financial data.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design across all platforms.
• Stay updated with modern design trends and tools.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech or trading.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes.
• Knowledge of Agile workflows and basic front-end technologies.
