About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact Commercial Compliance transformation programme within a global life sciences organisation. This role will focus on implementing a new Commercial Compliance platform covering stakeholder engagement, funding management, transparency reporting, and managed services.

You’ll act as the Business PM lead, driving end-to-end delivery — from solution feasibility, data migration, and system integration (Oracle, Concur) through to adoption and handover into operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project setup, governance, planning, and execution to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Finance, IT, Marketing, Scientific Affairs) and external suppliers.
  • Coordinate supplier partnerships, ensuring alignment of deliverables, milestones, and quality standards.
  • Oversee workflow design, data migration, testing, training, and post-launch support.
  • Ensure full compliance with audit, regulatory, and transparency reporting requirements.
  • Drive user adoption and change management across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Provide regular progress, risk, and performance reporting into portfolio governance structures.

About You

We’re looking for a strong transformation-focused Project Manager who thrives in regulated, matrixed environments and can build credibility fast across functions and vendors.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven track record managing IT / business transformation programmes in life sciences or pharma.
  • Experience leading implementation of commercial compliance or transparency systems (e.g., Medispend or similar).
  • Skilled in data migration, process redesign, workflow mapping, and system integrations (SharePoint, Oracle, Concur).
  • Excellent stakeholder and supplier management across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to lead a strategic transformation programme with global visibility.
  • Collaborative, purpose-driven environment within a respected international organisation.
  • Flexible contract engagement with hybrid working.
