As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the platforms, integrations, and systems that support our clients’ growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain features across our platforms using React, Node.js, TypeScript, Java, and Python.
• System Integrations: Implement and manage platform integrations using RESTful APIs, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Operations & Maintenance: Support IT systems (CRM, billing systems, and other business-critical apps), monitor uptime, and resolve incidents with minimal business impact.
• Agile Delivery: Collaborate within cross-functional teams—including designers, strategists, and other engineers—to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Contribute to automation pipelines with GitHub Actions and apply DevOps best practices for continuous delivery.
• Testing & Quality: Write automated unit, integration, and performance tests (using Jest, Cypress, Playwright) to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Work with AWS serverless technologies, Docker, and NGINX for scalable deployments.
• On-Call Support: Participate in an incident management roster, troubleshooting and resolving critical issues to maintain service continuity.

You bring 2–5 years of hands-on engineering experience and demonstrate:

• Proficiency in React (TypeScript) and Node.js, with strong JavaScript/ES6+ fundamentals.
• Experience developing RESTful services and aligning API contracts across teams.
• Familiarity with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Maven), Python, SQL and non-SQL databases (MongoDB, MS SQL).
• Experience with Git (GitHub, Bitbucket) in a collaborative, agile team setting.
• Comfort working with cross-browser HTML/CSS (Sass) and collaborating closely with UX/Visual Designers.
• Exposure to Docker, NGINX, Express/Node for backend and server-side work.
• An interest in learning and applying AI-powered developer tools (assistants, productivity apps, chatbots) to enhance your workflow.
• Bonus: Experience with AWS serverless stack and/or React Native.
