Role Description


We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test to help us deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performance software through advanced automation, continuous integration, and intelligent testing practices. You’ll be part of the core engineering team developing and maintaining test frameworks across our web and mobile products, ensuring every release meets the highest quality standards. 


Qualifications


  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications
  • Identify the possible Test Cases from functional requirements and prepare for automation.
  • Integrate automated testing into the SDLC.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects early in the cycle.
  • Analyse test results and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality.
  • Ensure coverage for both functional and non-functional testing (performance, regression, integration)


Skills & Experience


  • 3+ years of experience in engineering, automated testing, and QA.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
  • Experience in agile environments with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Right to Work in Australia is required.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in SaaS and Payroll or Workforce Management platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation frameworks & tools.
  • Experience in testing Agentic AI processes and LLMs with front-end developments.
