About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resources Specialist to join our growing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated HR professional to play a key role in driving positive employee experiences, supporting business objectives, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legislation.

You will act as a trusted partner to both employees and management, providing guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees across all business units.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Administer employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation and company policies.
  • Support performance management, training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, personnel files, and records accurately and confidentially.
  • Contribute to HR projects focused on engagement, retention, and culture improvement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment laws, regulations, and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • High attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with HRIS systems is a plus).
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for people and culture.
