FullStack Lead ( .NET + Angular)

We are seeking a strategic Fullstack Lead to drive the modernization of internal systems and elevate operational efficiency across the organization. This leadership role combines technical expertise with the ability to set direction, influence architectural decisions, and ensure delivery of scalable, maintainable solutions that replace legacy processes. You will cultivate a culture of engineering excellence, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team. Operating within agile frameworks, you will partner with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business priorities, ensuring impactful outcomes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions using .NET and Angular
• Work on the evolution of existing platforms
• Implement and help to optimize new and existing applications
  
  
  

Hard Skills - Must have:

• Strong expertise in backend development in C# (.NET)
• Proficiency in front-end development using Angular
• Experience with cloud services (Microsoft Azure)
• Experience with SQL Server

• Ability to anticipate, assess, and communicate risks and issues, while defining and driving effective mitigation strategies across the team
• Exceptional communication and time management skills, enabling clear direction, alignment, and timely delivery of project milestones
