Role: Senior Project Manager/Product Owner

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Manager/Product Owner to lead and coordinate the delivery of multiple digital products for one of our clients — from the public-facing website to internal and customer platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all product initiatives run smoothly from planning and prioritization through execution, delivery, and reporting.

You’ll act as the central link between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring clarity, transparency, and on-time delivery of impactful product outcomes. You'll report to our client's C-level.

Core Responsibilities

• Corporate Website: Maintenance, new feature rollouts, SEO, content updates, and integrations.
• Software Platforms: New feature development, bug fixes, UX improvements, version planning, and release management.
• Internal Tools & Automations: Enhance internal workflows and support operational efficiency.

• Projects are delivered on time and within scope, with clear communication and minimal surprises.
• Teams are aligned, unblocked, and empowered to execute efficiently.
• Leadership receives consistent, data-driven updates on project progress and priorities.
• Users and stakeholders experience continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Ownership, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software delivery processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing).
• Technical acumen to understand software systems, dependencies, and integrations.
• Experience with project management tools, experience with Monday.com highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple products or initiatives simultaneously.
• Prior experience with start-up fast paced environments and reporting to C-level is a must.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing web platforms or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with UX principles and SEO best practices.
• Background in software development or technical project management.

Work Setup & Offer

Location: Remote overlapping with EST

Offer: Part-time Contractor (20h/week) – long term based on performance.
