Senior Level Product Designer

(100% Remote)

LATAM

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client digital product design projects from project brief to final

deliverable handoff, with regular check-ins with a Creative Director or Design Manager.

• Contribute to the full design process including user research, defining user task flows

and UI, creating low and high fidelity wireframes, and iterating based on stakeholder and

user feedback.

• Define and maintain design systems for client products.
• Prototype, spec designs, and organizing Figma files in preparation for handoff for
• development.
• Participate in design QA and usability testing.

Requirements

• Deep experience working self-directed as a contractor.
• A portfolio demonstrating core competency in UX/UI design, excellent design thinking and adherence to a design process.
• Experience with Figma including auto layout, components/variants, and prototyping.
• Experience with design systems.
• Experience interfacing with, collaborating with, and presenting to a cross-functional team.
• Excellent fluency in English both verbal, comprehension, and communication.
• Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders and products at once.

Not required but nice to have

• An interest and demonstrated ability in visual design and branding is a big plus.
• Experience mentoring and collaborating with junior designers is a plus.
• Remote work and agency experience is strongly preferred.
